Terms & Conditions

You can return quality goods purchased online within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

1.1. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items".

1.2. The Buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered mail number must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch.

1.3 The Buyer shall pay the return costs of quality or exchangeable goods.

1.4. If the Buyer wishes to return the goods(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or videos of the goods and/or parcel describing the problem that has arisen.

1.5. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when the Buyer received it, and must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, untearable protective film, etc.). When returning the item, it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) document of its purchase (copy of the order, order).

1.6 When returning a quality item, only the amount of money paid for the item is returned to the Buyer. Shipping costs are not refunded to the Buyer.

1.7. When returning the wrong item, the Seller undertakes to replace such an item with the required item. If the required item is not available, the Buyer is refunded all money (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred).

1.8. When returning a poor-quality item, the Seller undertakes to replace the poor-quality item with an analogous item or to refund the Buyer's money.

1.9. In order to return the defective product(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer, informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or videos of the defective product and/or parcel describing the problem.

1.10. The returned defective product must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same configuration as when the Buyer received it, and must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, untorn protective film, etc.). When returning the product, it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) document of its purchase.

1.11. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the procedure for returning goods set out in paragraphs 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Rules.

1.12. If the Buyer paid for the product with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) shall be refunded.

1.13. Items that were specially manufactured according to your individual information are not accepted back because we will not be able to use them for other customers.

1.14. If the Buyer returns a product purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the product with the applicable discount shall be refunded.
