Buying and selling rules

1. General Provisions


1.1. These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) when you purchase goods in the online store zenklas.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “e-store”).

2. The moment of conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement

2.1. The Agreement between You and Us is considered concluded from the moment when You, having created a shopping cart in the online store, specified the delivery address, name, surname, contact phone number, e-mail address, selected the delivery method of the goods, the payment method and familiarized yourself with the rules, click the “Order” button.

2.2. Each agreement concluded between Us and You is stored in the e-store.

2.3. The order sent and printed by e-mail by mail is a preliminary invoice according to which payment is made.

3. Your rights

3.1. You have the right to purchase goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.

3.2. You have the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods with the e-store, except for cases when the contract is concluded due to:

3.2.1. participation in games or lotteries;

3.2.2. in other cases when the contract of purchase and sale cannot be withdrawn, according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. You undertake

4.1. You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days from the date of placing the order, and accept them.

4.2. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must immediately update them.

4.3. If you, during the delivery of the goods, refuse to accept the goods without good reason, you must cover the costs of delivery of the goods and pay a fine of 30 Euros.

4.4. By using the e-store, you agree to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.

4.5. When paying for the goods, you indicate the order number, which is a unique number of your order, according to which we determine your payment. If the number is not indicated, we await your written confirmation of payment and a copy of the bank transfer.

5. Our rights

5.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the work or stable operation of the e-store, We may, without prior notice, restrict or suspend his access to the e-store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

5.2. In the event of important circumstances, We may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-store without prior notice to You.

5.3. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

6. We undertake

6.1. To create all conditions for You to properly use the services provided by the e-store.

6.2. To deliver the goods You ordered to the address You specified and within the agreed delivery period.

6.3. If, due to important circumstances, We are unable to deliver the goods You ordered, We undertake to offer You an analogous product, and if You refuse to accept the analogous product, to refund the money paid to You within 72 hours.

7. Delivery of Goods

7.1. The Goods are delivered by Us or Our authorized representative.

7.2. During the delivery of the Goods, You must check the condition of the shipment together with Us or Our authorized representative.

7.3. If You notice any damage to the shipment, You must not accept the shipment and mark this on the consignment note. If You accept the goods and sign the consignment note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered properly.

8. Return of goods

8.1. Return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of 29 June 2001 “On approval of the rules for returning and exchanging goods”.

8.2. The returned item must be fully completed. You are responsible for the complete completion and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully completed and properly packaged, We or Our representative will not accept the item for return.

8.3. The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packaged.

8.4. You return the goods by your own transport, except in cases where the item is returned due to the quality of the item.

8.5. When a defective product is returned, We undertake to take the defective product and replace it with an analogous product. In the event that We do not have an analogous product, We will refund the money paid for the product.

8.6. Items that were specially manufactured according to the individual information provided by You are not accepted back because we will not be able to use them for other customers

9. Liability

9.1. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If You do not provide accurate data in the registration form, We are not responsible for the consequences arising from this.

9.2. You are responsible for the actions performed using the e-store.

9.3. You are responsible for the transfer of the identification code to third parties. If third parties use Your identification code, You are responsible for the actions performed by the third party.
