The waste holder must identify and classify waste in accordance with the List of Waste and the Methodology.

The waste holder must keep documents on the temporary storage, storage, collection, transport or treatment of waste, including the results of laboratory tests on the composition and properties of waste, in accordance with the procedure established in the Waste Management Rules.

HP 15: properties that may manifest themselves later, although not initially manifested.
