Aluminum composite panel

Aluminum composite panel – consists of two layers of aluminum foil and plastic (polyethylene). The plastic layer is inside the panel, and aluminum foil covers it on both sides of the panel. Due to the plastic layer inside, the panel is light, and the covering aluminum layer makes it strong and prevents the plastic from expanding or contracting due to temperature fluctuations. In addition, the aluminum foil is coated with a paint layer and laminated with a very thin plastic layer (PE), which protects the surface from harmful atmospheric factors and allows the color to remain unchanged for a long time. Panels intended for interior work and advertising production are usually made of 0.21-0.3 mm foil thickness. Although these panels are designated as intended for interior work, they can also be used outdoors or for facades, it is only necessary to consider that such panels are usually given a maximum five-year warranty and the thickness of the aluminum foil is not sufficient to keep the surface of the panel smooth (not dented) for a long period.

We use 2 and 3 mm thicknesses for our products.
